random thoughts 1

Random thoughts…

Being the family’s black sheep kind of sucks. No matter how much you try to impress your family, it’s still not enough. No matter how much your other siblings are doing things worse than you, you still get all the comments and the flacks for it. Even when you have a job, then you go out, it’s like “why did you spend money?” or “You didn’t have to eat there!” at the same time your brother or sister went out and spent twice as much as you did that day and for them it’s “oh wow, what did you buy today, oh that’s nice!” Its sickening in away. Maybe it’s the fact that you’re gay, that’s why your family treats you differently. I mean, I could expect other people, whether it be someone you don’t know or a friend, treat you differently because you’re gay, but for your own blood to treat you differently ? How wrong is that? Your family should be there to love you and support you with any decisions you make. They shouldn’t be treating you any differently from your siblings just because you choose to date someone the same sex as you. And to add more things… you’re the one who keep the family together. The one who understands how everyone else is feeling, who’s willing to put your own feelings aside just to help those surrounding you. The one people turn to when they’re sad, who keeps everyone having fun. It sucks you know?! I think it’s just time to move out and let them experience how different and how harder it would be when you’re not there. Show them that you’re successful and at the end be the one they turn to for support, whether it be financial or emotional. To never give up and prove all of them wrong, to make them regret how they’ve treated you in the past, to make them go “oh, my bad!” One day…

This is to those who feel the same way… never give up, prove them wrong, show them what you can give, and more importantly, do it for yourself.
